all weekend excursion from 29^th april to 1^st may 2011

Am Freitag Abend waren wir mit 23 Tänzern bei den Smiling Bavarians zu deren Clubabend gekommen und konnten so nicht nur unser eigenes Banner zurückholen, sondern bekamen dazu noch deren Banner, einen Porzelan-Frosch ("an Pro'tzn"), überreicht. Am Samstagmorgen hatten wir eine Führung durch die Altstadt von Regensburg und dann ging es zum regionalen Special, dem "18. Protzenhopper". Den Ausklang bildete am Sonntag eine Donauschifffahrt von Kelheim durch den Durchbruch zum Kloster Weltenburg, mit Einkehr, und zurück. /

On Friday evening we attended with 23 dancers the club eve of the Smiling Bavarians. There we didn't only get back our own stolen banner, we also were granted with their banner in addition. On saturday morning we had a guided tour through the historic center of Regensburg. Then there was the regional special, the "18^th Protzenhopper". The finish started on sunday in Kehlheim with a boat trip on the Danube through its break-through to the Weltenburg monastery. There we had a bite and later returned by boat again.
